    In Instagram or TikTok, tap Share and pick Kept. Or send it to @ai.kept in an Instagram DM.

    Steps, ingredients, places and times come from the reel itself: what’s said, what’s on screen and the caption. If the reel doesn’t say it, Kept leaves it blank.
